February survey question

Do you have family Valentine's Day traditions? What are they?

Oh bother, another writing assignment ....

Our oldest daughter, Kate Lauritzen, is bored. It's Friday night, Nic is playing basketball with his buds and Katie is so creative and capable, she whips out this classy looking blog site for her mom.
So here we are with space to fill. Bother, another writing assignment after writing all week. Sigh. Why is it my daughters always know what is best for me? Or do they? Am I just a softie?

Sarah Allred, our youngest, is off at a high mountain cabin with a friend probably snowboarding or making a snowman. Our middle daughter, Jeni Allred, has decided to write but not for this blog. Dad, Dave Allred, is listening to the funeral of Pres. Gordon B. Hinckley and the talks on the radio and taking notes. Oops, Jeni says she is watching the funeral on TV and doesn't appreciate being bothered for writing ideas. Hmmm ... she gets to write the next one.

Plans for today include working out at the Legacy Center, finally getting Christmas packed away, dragging Dave to Target for new pants (hopefully) and cleaning up the office (maybe on that one). I told Dave he had a hair cut appointment at Cappelli's this coming Friday morning and he accepted it graciously (shock). I guess I better call Capelli's and actually make the appointment.
